Duration: 11 Nights and 12 Days Chardham Yatra from Chennai

Day 01: Chennai to Delhi + Delhi to Haridwar

The best way to start your Chardham Yatra from Chennai is by taking a flight (preferably) from Chennai to Delhi or train. Depending on the time of your arrival, you can head with the team to Haridwar. There are arrangements made in case you wish to stay in Delhi and head over to Haridwar next morning.

Day 02: Haridwar to Barkot

We ensure that we are in time to attend the enlightening Har Ki Pauri evening Aarti. This is a great way to start your trip and take blessings from the river Ganga.

Day 03: Barkot to Yamunotri and Back

One can witness the mighty Yamuna river flowing as we travel from Barkot to Yamunotri. We make stopovers at Janki Chatti and then head to the Yamunotri temple. After the visit is complete, there is an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Barkot to Uttarkashi

On reaching Uttarkashi the next day, we visit the holy shrines and progress through the religious journey with full enthusiasm.

Day 05: Uttarkashi to Gangotri and back

From Yamuna, Bhagirathi we now tread on the path of river Ganga. Gangotri is the next site that waits with religious chants and increasing sounds of prayer bells. We attend the ceremonies and head back to Uttarkashi.

Day 06: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi

The next morning, we leave post breakfast to visit the famous Vishwanath Temple at Guptkashi and take blessings of Lord Shiva. The day ends with an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 07: Guptkashi to Gaurikund to Kedarnath

We then head to Gaurikund from Guptkashi. One reaching Gaurikund we visit few religious sites and then trek to Kedarnath and visit the temples and do puja there. Once the day is fulfilled we stay  back at Kedarnath.

Day 08: Kedarnath to Guptkashi

You can have a good meal and get rest at your hotel in Guptkashi. The next morning we leave for Badrinath.

Day 09: Guptkashi to Badrinath

On our way to Badrinath the next morning, we stop at the Narsingh Temple. You can then check in to your hotel and visit the religious sites and temples with the team.

Day 10: Badrinath to Srinagar

We leave early the next morning for Srinagar in Uttarakhand which takes 6-7 hours. Dhari Dev Temple, Kamleshwar Mahadev, Shankaramath temple are some of the most famous temples in the region.

Day11- Srinagar to Rishikesh

You can then head to the holy and mesmerising city of Rishikesh with us next morning which is about 100 km from Srinagar. At Rishikesh we have enough time to visit the holy shrines and pay respect to the deities.

Day 12: Rishikesh to Delhi to Chennai

The journey ends with Rishikesh. You can head to Haridwar and then Delhi or go directly to Delhi from Rishikesh. At the Delhi airport you can board your flight to Chennai or board your train, as per your preference.
