yes we would like to thank you for your efforts and help rendered to us from the initial email I had sent to the last…… yes  there were a few hiccups / unsatisfactory moments but then we expected some problems as our Yatra / journey was long in the summer heat….. Apart from a few hotels that could have been better, our travel arrangements were satisfactory and we are happy with it.We hope that you will help us out in any other travel arrangements when we will require any.

We are writing this letter on 29th June, 2013 as a humble note of appreciation for the quality service provided by you during our journey for Char Dham Yatra from 10th June to 22nd June, 2013.After making a spur of the moment, decision was taken to join M/s Divine Journey / www.chardhambooing.com for our Yatra. We felt that we are fortunate to join DEVINE for our Yatra.Everyone knows about the disaster took place on 15th Night on Kedarnath route.On single dial, you had extended your response by providing another hotel as Hotel prince palace was not safe.And your services continued to go on during rest of the journey.The hotels that you had chosen were fine and the places were wonderful.We must say the correct and prompt support extended by you was unexplainable. Our feelings cannot be expressed by words. But we record a note of appreciation for the good services that we have received.Keep up the good work. Once again thank you for the good services offered by you. We wish the Divine Tours & Travels a lot of success.

We visited the tour through your company last time and we were pleased with the services,  this time our parents doing the tour Kathmandu with nagarkot for Pashupati nath Temple visit without us so we were little worried about them but all the arrangement were so good and they were to happy that is why we are happy to recommend you again .  A Speacial thanks to provide a remarkable services , we will keep travelling with your company & recomend you to our colleague.

I am extremely thankful to you for arranging successful and hassle-free “Chardham Yatra” from 04.10.2014 to 15.10.2014 along with my wife. The entire Itinerary was properly drafted based on time and cost optimization. The hotels, Divine Journey / chardhambookingdotcom arranged for us, were almost to our taste and preference.The Car you arranged for us was in good condition. Particularly, Mr Negi who drove our car acted as a tour guide, as well. He had the total knowledge of route map and significance of each sacred place. He was polite, co-operative and cordial. I would suggest you give him preference in your next tour arrangement for the clients.

The trip was organized by Divine Journey, Delhi. The trip was excellent and was planned well. Very good drivers. Overall experience was very good.

1. Good interaction with while planning for the hoilday
2. Excellent and timely changeover (Within 2-3 days) from the already planned 2 dham pigrimage to Rajasthan tour (Due to unforeseen calamity in Uttarkhand)
3. Overall, it was value for money and a very good experience
4. The transport was good clean and the driver & staff well behaved
Only one learning experience (Which we have already shared with you):
1. The Hotel in Jaipur (Hotel Muskaan) was very bad in terms of cleanliess / management etc. – Please do not use the same for your guests in future
