Badrinath Yatra – Golden Temple – Ayodhya – Naimisharanya Misrikh temple

Morning Drive to Joshimath via Devprayag. Check in Hotel. Overnight stay at Joshimath.

Rudraprayag: It is the confluence of river Mandakini and river Alaknanda.
Joshimath is situated on the slopes above the confluence of Alaknanda and Dhauliganga. Of the four ’Maths’ established by Adi Shankaracharya, Joshimath is in the Badrinath to Joshimath and installed in the temple for people to worship. There are many temples in the township most important is the temple of Nir Singh in commotion of Lord Vishnu. The left arm of this deity is with time and the popular belief holds that the day the arm completely withers Badrinath valley will cease to exist and the Gods will transfer the residence into the neighboring Niti Valley at Bhavishya Badri. Joshimath is connected by regular bus service to Rishikesh, Haridwar, Badrinath and many other centers in the region.

Early morning visit Narsingh Temple at Joshimath & Drive to Badrinath. Check in Hotel. Later visit Badrinath Temple. There are other interesting sightseeing spot like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Bhimkund and the ”Mukh” of the Saraswati River. Just with in the three kms of Badrinathjee. Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Badrinath one of the ’Four Dhams’ is one of the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters, guarded on either side by the two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan with the towering Neelkanth Peak providing a splendid backdrop. This revered spot was once carpeted with wild berries. Thus the place got the name ”Badri van”, meaning ”forest of berries”.
Tapt Kund: Natural thermal springs on the bank of the river Alaknanda, where it is customary to bathe before entering the Badrinath temple.
Narad Kund: A recess in the river, near Tapt Kund, forming a pool from where the Badrinath idol was recovered.
Brahama Kapal: A flat platform on the bank of river Alaknanda. Hindus perform propitiating rites for their deceased ancestors.
Mana Village: Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet.
Bhim Pul: On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge lies over the roaring Saraswati River. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.
Vyas Gufa (cave): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.

Early morning, about 06 am drive to Hardwar transfer to your Hotel. At evening visit Har-ki-Pauri for Ganga Aarti. Back to your hotel. Night halt.

Haridwar, lying at the feet of Shiva’s hills, i.e., Shivalik, in the Haridwar district of Uttaranchal Pradesh, is a doorway. Suryavanshi prince Bhagirath performed penance here to salvage the souls of his ancestors who had perished due to the curse of sage Kapila. The penance was answered and the river Ganga trickled forth forms Lord Shiva’s locks and its bountiful water revived the sixty thousand sons of king Sagara. In the traditional of Bhagirath, devout Hindus stand in the sacred waters here, praying for salvation of their departed elder. It is doorway to the sources of the Ganga and the Yamuna, 3000 to 4500 meters up into the snowy ranges of the central Himalayas. The ’Aarti’ worship of the Ganga after sunset and the floating ’dia’ (lamp) is a moving ritual.

Drive back to Delhi. On Arrival Delhi, transfer to hotel. Overnight Stay at Hotel

morning about 05 am drive to Amritsar. On arrival at Amritsar transfer to hotel check in at hotel later proceeds to Indo Pak Wagha Border and Golden temple in the evening. Stay overnight at the hotel in Amritsar.

Morning visit Golden temple & Jaliyawala Bagh later drive back to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi transfer to hotel check in at hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel in Delhi.

Early Morning about 07 am check out from Hotel and Drive to Mathura and Vrindavan. Visit Shri Krishna Janm Bhoomi, Dwarkadeesh Temple, Gita Mandir, Seva Kunj and Banke Bihari Temple later continue to drive Agra On arrival visit the most wonderful monument on the Earth “The Taj Mahal” evening drop at railway station to connect the Overnight train to Lucknow.

Mathura a little town, the birth place of lord Krishna is popularly known as Braj – Bhoomi. Where Lord Krishna was born.it is 155 kms away from Delhi and situated on the river Yamuna.
Vrindavan, a village – once noted for its fragrant groves, is where he spent an eventful youth. There are numerous other little spots in the area that still reverberate with the enchantment of Shri Krishna.

On arrival at railway station transfer to hotel after freshen up drive to Naimisharanya Misrikh temple Later drive back to Lucknow. On arrival check into the hotel and overnight stay in Lucknow.

Located at a distance of around 94 kilometers from Lucknow, is the Naimisharanya Misrikh temple. It is a major pilgrimage center and attracts devotees from all over India. According to ancient legends, Gods chose this place on earth to establish Dharma. However, a demon named Vrittrasur was proving to be a major hurdle in the way of Gods. Thus, the Gods requested a highly powerful sage named Maharshi Dadhichi to give his bones in order to create a weapon to kill the demon. Today, Naimisharanya Misrikh has numerous pilgrim places to see around.

People say that anyone who meditates hard enough over here and rids oneself of worldly desires will definitely attain some amount of divine power and force. Every year, in the Hindu month of Phalgun, a temple festival known as Chaurasi Kosi Parikrama is held in the honor of the sage.

Morning about 08 am up drive to Ayodhya on arrival visit to Rama Janm Bhoomi – the birth place of lord Rama and other temples. Later drives back to Lucknow to drop at railway station to connect the Overnight train to Delhi.

On arrival at Delhi transfer to hotel check in at hotel. Rest day free at leisure later transfer to airport to connect the flight.
